Payment
At this time, payment is only accepted through Paypal, but you don't need a Paypal account to buy something. Simply enter your debit or credit card information when prompted, and you card will be securely charged.
Shipping Methods + Costs
Orders ship in 1-3 weekdays from Seattle, WA via USPS Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume and weight. If your package is very light, you'll be given the option of First Class Mail; otherwise, Priority Mail is used. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your package ships. After your package has shipped, it will usually arrive in 2-5 weekdays. If you need it by a specific date, please email before ordering.
International Shipping
At this time, Mignon Kitchen Co. is only set up for international shipments to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Live somewhere else? Not a problem – just email with your location and which items you'd like to buy. Orders ship in 1-3 weekdays via USPS Mail. Tracking numbers are only available for Canadian orders and on some Priority Mail packages. International orders usually arrive 1-3 weeks after being shipped, occasionally longer due to customs delays. Please read the taxes information below. Please note that food cannot be shipped internationally.
Packaging + Gift wrap
All items are packed with care and come wrapped in tissue paper. If your order is a gift, leave a note during checkout, and a handwritten gift message will be added.
Returns
Returns are only accepted on unopened, unused items, or on items that arrive damaged. Food may not be returned. To return or exchange an item, get in touch within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds (minus the shipping cost) are processed upon receiving your package.
Privacy Policy
Your information is solely used to process your order and will never be shared with other parties. Payments are processed securely. You will never be contacted with promotions or announcements unless you opt-in to email updates.
Taxes
Sales tax is only collected for Washington State sales, and the tax is automatically added based on your mailing address. International packages may incur taxes/duties; please familiarize yourself with your country's fees before placing an order. Mignon Kitchen Co. is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.
